Booking conditions
At the time of booking, we will request a bank transfer of 50% of the total amount of your stay.
Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by e-mail.
The remaining amount must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over at the beginning of the rental period.
A deposit of 200 € must be paid by credit card one day before check-in. This deposit will be refunded if the furniture and equipment are in good condition and if the total amount of the accommodation has been paid.
Please let us know your approximate time of arrival. Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00, although you can leave your luggage earlier if you request it. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please call us at (0034) 663 93 71 72 prior to your arrival to coordinate.
If you need to cancel your reservation
A full refund of the reservation deposit will be issued if cancellation is made:
- At least 14 days prior to arrival date in low and mid season.
- At least 30 days prior to arrival date in high season.
Cancellations must be made in writing, by e-mail. The reservation deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made outside the above-mentioned deadlines.
If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
We may use your email address to send you news or updates about Florinda House Tarifa.
Article 10 - General information
Without prejudice to the information obligations established by the regulations in force, the information society service provider is obliged to ensure that both the recipients of the service and the competent authorities can access, by electronic means, the following information permanently, easily, directly and free of charge:
